Unlike psychological frameworks that seek the « why » (personal history, trauma, intentions), mental mechanical engineering maps the « how »: how information is routed, translated, and executed by the mental OS kernel, and the precise energy cost (in terms of attentional RAM and somatic vitality) of that execution.
